CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

2. In this email you must include the following information: Full name of the person who made the purchase, date of purchase, date of receipt of the order and items to be returned.
3. You have to write the email within 15 calendar days after receiving the order
* NOTE: The date applies to the email you write to us, not to our reply. Therefore, if you have written to us within that period and we have answered you later, there is no problem, your return will be accepted if it meets the rest of the conditions.
Our team will answer within a period not exceeding 3 business days with the pertinent instructions for you to send us your package.
4. Articles must be received at our Head Offices within a period never exceeding 4 business days from receipt of our response.
5. The articles must reach us in the same conditions in which they were sent. This means: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact (eg shoe boxes, etc.). Likewise, they must include the details that have been sent as a gift for their purchase (candies, discount coupons, etc.).
6. Only new collection items will be subject to return (Blessmoda does not accept returns of items from past or discounted collections).
7. We do not accept returns of the following items: Bikinis, Swimsuits, Bodies, Jewelery and Sunglasses for hygienic reasons.
8. We also do not accept returns of party items: Dresses with glitter or sequins, dresses with a neckline (both on the chest and on the back), Chiffon dresses. Short and long jumpsuits in the same conditions as dresses, Tops, bodysuits and blouses in the same conditions as dresses. Tulle skirts. Pants and Palazzos in the same condition as the dresses. Likewise, party accessories are included (clutches, costume jewellery, belt, etc.).
9. The return package must include a sheet inside containing: Name and email of the person who placed the order, contact telephone number, email with which the return was requested, date on which the order was placed and date in which you received it.
10. Once our team verifies that all the steps have been followed correctly, they will contact you if you wish to send you a coupon and exchange the item for another or request a refund of the value of the garments. This process may take 5- 10 business days.
Please note that this coupon can only be used on our website.
NOTE: Our team will check if the return has met all these conditions that are detailed before issuing a coupon. Blessmoda reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. In this case, you will be notified via email that your order is not subject to return and the package will be returned to the sender.
The transportation costs of the changes or returns will be borne by the customer, except that the change or return is due to an error in the order by BLESSMODA.
